Due to the nature of our handcrafted pet wellness products, opened consumable items cannot be returned.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days for unopened items in original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
